COLTGEAR, Inc. is an accredited partner of Don Bosco Technical Institute in developing young leaders through On-The-Job trainings and regular employments. Moreover, once they passed the standards of the company in terms of leadership and technical skills, they are also given a chance to start their own motorcycle shop and impart the culture and values that they've learned from COLTGEAR, Inc. and Don Bosco Technical Institute to their succeeding employees.
